Secaucus, New Jersey Job Summary:
The Styling Operations Associate supports the team by managing logistics that bring creative visions to life. This role ensures seamless coordination of samples, shoot prep and cross functional communication enabling stylists to focus on delivering brand right looks across all content platforms. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. While working under guidance, the Associate is expected to build independence, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a deep understanding of sample flow and shoot logistics.
Responsibilities:
Key Accountabilities:
Sample Management & Logistics Maintain detailed sample logs to support visibility, accountability, and timely tracking. Manage sample flow across projects with accuracy and timeliness. Ensure all sample sizing is captured correctly to support accurate casting and styling decisions. Maintain a well-organized styling closet by ensuring all items are shoot-ready, rotating seasonal pieces accurately, preserving evergreen basics, and keeping real-time awareness of item locations. Follow the Corporate protocol to request samples from Vendors/DC and ensure timely delivery. Work with External Partners to arrange sample transportation. Shoot Preparation & Execution Prep wardrobe pulls, styling kits, and documentation for campaign, e-commerce, collaborations, and one-off shoots. Ensure all required products are available for style-out days by monitoring inbound dates and line-item status. Keep styling kits and rack systems stocked, organized, and tracked in real time. On shoot days, ensure models are fully styled in complete looks (including accessories) before stepping onto set.
Support on-set styling logistics:
wardrobe changes, sample returns, and real-time tracking. Ensure all photoshoot samples are delivered back to HQ for future use. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with stylists, producers, SLT, sourcing and merchandising teams to align on product availability and shoot needs. Collaborate with retouching teams to ensure accurate sample references and that all styling notes are actioned before product launches. Assist with purchasing supplemental styling needs as required.
Education and Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion wardrobe assisting, sample coordination or styling operations. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and set management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Suite and Google Suite; working knowledge of Airtable, Global Edit, Figma, Miro, and Team Gantt preferred. Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends or late hours during peak production periods. Travel required
