The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general support to the service department. The role is based in South Hackensack, NJ. The successful candidate will work closely with our Burner Service team and technicians to ensure the delivery of highest level of satisfaction to our internal and external customers, as well as our account management team to ensure best-in-class customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Provide general support to the service department answering phones, emails, dispatching mechanics etc. based on volume and the needs of the department.
  • Accurately and comprehensively understanding customer requirements and translating those requirements into actionable steps.
  • Review and interpret field reports for service, repair, and preventative maintenance and distribute information among different departments.
  • Educating and providing technical support to our sales team and customers.
  • Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned to support the function of the National Mechanical Division.
Qualifications include:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous customer service experience in an industrial or service industry preferred.
  • Good at prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Analytical with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
