Job Description

Print & Mail Operations Specialist Oldwick, NJ $50,000 Annual Salary Full-Time | Direct Hire Join a Stable, Long-Term Employer We're seeking a detail-oriented Print & Mail Operations Specialist to support daily mailroom, shipping, printing, and internal operations for a well-established organization in Oldwick, NJ. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a corporate mailroom, print shop, shipping department, copy center, or office services environment. You'll play a key role in managing incoming and outgoing mail, coordinating shipments, operating print equipment, maintaining inventory, and supporting internal business teams across the organization. What You'll Do Mailroom & Shipping Operations Distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing shipments Process UPS, USPS, and international shipments Deliver mail to the local post office using a company vehicle Package and coordinate large trade show shipments Verify shipping information and ensure accuracy of outgoing packages Maintain shipping records and reporting Print Production Operate digital printers, copiers, cutters, bindery equipment, folders, and mailing machines Produce binders, printed materials, and internal business documents Maintain quality standards and proof completed work Support internal departments with printing and production requests Inventory & Equipment Management Maintain inventory of paper, envelopes, shipping supplies, binders, and print materials Order supplies as needed Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and maintenance Coordinate vendor service and preventative maintenance schedules Track equipment contracts and maintenance records Internal Support Collaborate with Marketing, Graphic Design, Editorial, Production, and Facilities teams Assist with special projects and internal initiatives Complete local pickups and deliveries using a company vehicle Qualifications High School Diploma required 2-4 years of experience in: Mailroom Operations Print Production Shipping & Receiving Copy Center Operations Corporate Office Services Experience with: UPS and USPS shipping systems Print and finishing equipment Inventory management Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to: Lift up to 50 lbs.
