Vineland, NJ (on-site, warehouse-based) The Role at a Glance This is a hands-on, warehouse-based role focused on our day-to-day operation. Working between our operations team and warehouse operator, you make sure inbound and outbound shipments are handled right, unloaded and staged properly, labelled correctly, and fully documented, on time, every time. It is a junior to intermediate role with real room to grow where you are the person who makes sure the physical work and the paperwork actually get done, accurately and on schedule. Do this role well and multiple paths are available as the business continues to grow. Key Responsibilities Inbound Shipments Oversee inbound deliveries at the warehouse and be present for and monitor the unloading of pallets, working with the warehouse operator to make sure it happens promptly and correctly. Collect temperature recorders from inbound loads and make sure the readings are captured and passed on. Check product on arrival for damage, short pallets, or condition issues, and note and report anything you find. Verify that stickering, lot numbers, and labelling are correct and match the shipping paperwork. Complete the required inbound documentation accurately and get it to the right people on time. Outbound Shipments Oversee the staging and loading of outbound containers and trucks, coordinating with the warehouse operator so loads are built correctly and on schedule. Make sure temperature recorders are placed correctly in outbound loads and that all required documents travel with the shipment. Confirm that outbound product, labelling, and paperwork are correct and complete before a load leaves the door. Complete and distribute outbound documentation on time to the relevant internal and external parties. Accuracy, Timeliness & Communication Be the reliable set of eyes on the floor to catch problems early (damage, mislabelling, missing paperwork, timing slips) and flag them promptly to the team. Keep documentation organised, complete, and audit-ready. Support the wider operations team with day-to-day tasks as the business needs, learning each part of the flow as you go.
