Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Staff Operations and Training Specialist to elevate our organizational effectiveness through innovative training programs and streamlined operations. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive training initiatives that empower our workforce with the skills and knowledge needed to excel. Your expertise in instructional design, adult education, and talent management will drive continuous improvement across teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our learning culture, foster professional growth, and support organizational success through strategic program management. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging employee training programs aligned with organizational goals using instructional design principles such as ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Design e-learning courses and instructional content utilizing learning technology platforms like LMS (Learning Management System), Adobe Captivate, and enterprise learning tools. Lead curriculum development efforts for professional development initiatives, incorporating adult learning theories and best practices in corporate training. Manage the full lifecycle of training programs from needs assessment through evaluation, ensuring effective delivery via classroom sessions, virtual platforms, or blended approaches. Collaborate with HR teams on talent management strategies including succession planning, employee orientation, performance management, and human capital management. Utilize data collection and research methods to measure training effectiveness; prepare reports on employee evaluation outcomes and training impact. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of training content into HRIS systems like Workday or Salesforce; maintain content on SharePoint or other LMS platforms. Provide public speaking and presentation skills during training sessions; mentor team members in instructional content development and change management processes. Experience Proven experience in developing employee training programs within a human resources or corporate learning environment. Demonstrated expertise in instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and adult education principles. Strong background in e-learning course creation using tools like Adobe Captivate or similar platforms; experience with enterprise LMS systems is preferred. Extensive knowledge of performance management techniques, talent development strategies, and succession planning processes. Hands-on classroom experience combined with virtual training delivery; excellent communication skills for engaging diverse audiences. Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Workday or Salesforce; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint for presentation development. Ability to lead projects effectively using project management principles; experience with change management initiatives is a plus.
