Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable team member to support our window and door operations. This position is responsible for customer service, scheduling, order accuracy, material purchasing, inventory management, and coordination with manufacturers and suppliers. Key Responsibilities Provide professional and responsive customer service by answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and conducting customer surveys. Review window and door orders for accuracy, completeness, and potential errors prior to submission. Submit accurate orders to manufacturers and follow up as needed to ensure timely processing. Order job materials, supplies, and other necessary products to support installation and service operations. Receive and check incoming deliveries against purchase orders and packing lists. Monitor inventory levels and maintain adequate supplies for scheduled jobs and daily operations. Communicate with customers, manufacturers, suppliers, and internal team members to resolve order, scheduling, and material-related issues. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to orders, materials, deliveries, and inventory. Perform other duties as needed to support the company's window and door installation and service operations. Qualifications & Requirements Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Professional communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to identify errors and resolve issues before they impact customers or installation schedules. Dependable, responsible, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds . Previous experience in window and door, construction, building materials, customer service, scheduling, or operations is preferred but not required.
