$5,000-$10,000+/Month Earning Potential | In Person Field Sales Vantage Windows is growing throughout New Mexico and hiring motivated people to join our team as Sales Appointment Setters . This is an in person, outdoor field position where you'll work in local residential neighborhoods, speak directly with homeowners, introduce Vantage Windows, and schedule free in home consultations for our sales team. This is not a call center or remote appointment setting position. You will be canvassing neighborhoods and speaking with homeowners face to face. No previous sales experience is required. If you're outgoing, motivated, and coachable, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed. What You'll Do Canvass residential neighborhoods in person Approach and speak with homeowners face to face Introduce Vantage Windows and current offers Generate interest and schedule free in home consultations Track appointments and daily activity using your smartphone Work toward daily and weekly performance goals Pay & Earning Potential Weekly pay New team members typically earn $2,000 to $3,000 per month Most representatives earn $5,000 to $9,000 per month Top performers earn $10,000+ per month Uncapped commissions and performance bonuses Why Vantage Windows?
