Join a Growing Team That Keeps Patient Care Moving The Vision Centers are expanding and seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Expeditor Technician to support our Henderson Las Vegas location. As a full-service optical provider, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care through efficiency, accuracy, and teamwork. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an organized, fast-paced environment and enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly. About the Role As an Expeditor Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the optical department by tracking orders, managing inventory, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors. Your work directly contributes to a seamless patient experience. What You'll Do Track and monitor eyewear orders to ensure timely delivery Communicate with vendors, optical staff, and front office to resolve order issues Receive, inspect, and process incoming frames, lenses, and supplies Maintain organized inventory and update tracking systems Prepare eyewear for fittings, adjustments, and patient pick-ups Perform accurate data entry for orders and inventory updates Provide general support to the optical team as needed What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required 1+ year of experience in inventory, logistics, shipping/receiving, retail, or healthcare preferred (training provided) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Dependable, punctual, and highly organized Basic computer skills; experience with order tracking systems is an asset Strong communication and teamwork skills Interest in optical or healthcare operations is a plus
