Heavy Phones Responsibilities:

Handle heavy inbound call volume Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments Assist with patient concerns related to referrals, medications, and results , delegating appropriately Document all calls accurately Support clinic operations by ensuring patients are routed correctly

Requirements:

Strong communication and multitasking Experience in a medical call center preferred Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Medical office experience preferred
