What You'll Do As an Expeditor Technician, you'll help ensure our optical department runs efficiently by managing orders, inventory, and coordination across teams. Track and monitor eyewear orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery Communicate with vendors, optical staff, and front office to resolve order issues Receive, inspect, and process incoming frames, lenses, and supplies Maintain organized inventory and update tracking systems Prepare eyewear for fittings, adjustments, and patient pick-ups Enter and update data for orders and inventory Support the optical team with daily operational needs What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required 1+ year of experience in inventory, logistics, shipping/receiving, retail, or healthcare (preferred

• training provided) Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Highly organized, dependable, and punctual Basic computer skills (order tracking systems experience is a plus) Strong communication and teamwork skills Bonus Experience (Preferred): 2+ years of customer service experience 1+ year in optical or ophthalmology Sales experience Interest in healthcare or optical operations Schedule Full-time (8-hour shifts) Monday to Friday availability required Saturdays (8:00 AM•1:00 PM) required for all staff Closed on major holidays Compensation $17.
