Operations / Fulfillment Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Assistant/ Warehouse to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for assembling products, preparing and shipping orders, and supporting daily operations through errands and general warehouse tasks. This is a versatile position perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in accuracy, and can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Assemble finished products according to specifications, instructions, and quality standards Package, label, and prepare orders for shipment via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other carriers Process shipping labels, track packages, and maintain accurate shipping records Perform quality checks on assembled and outgoing products Run local errands (post office, supply stores, vendor pickups, etc.) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed Load and unload deliveries when required Support other warehouse or operations tasks as assigned Requirements Previous experience in shipping, assembly, warehouse, or general labor (preferred but not required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (for errands) Basic computer skills (email, shipping software, Google Workspace) Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Positive attitude and strong work ethic Must be able to pass a background check Must have reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Experience with shipping platforms (ShipStation, Shopify, etc.) Forklift or pallet jack certification Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($20-$22 depending on experience) Flexible scheduling options Paid training Opportunities for growth within the company Employee discount (if applicable) If you're a hardworking, dependable team player who takes ownership of your work, we'd love to hear from you to join our team.
