• Start October Schedule multiple data center buildings in progress on a single hyperscale campus, maintaining sequencing and interface alignment across the program.

The program has 2+ years remaining. Standard schedule is 40 hours per week. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates. Reports directly to the project's lead scheduler and RDG's consulting principal. Responsibilities Build, maintain, and update CPM schedules in Primavera P6 Work with the GC project team to review schedules against baseline and current Work with the GC project team to collect and integrate activity progress Prepare schedule updates, narratives, and monthly reporting packages for owners and client representatives Track delays, impacts, and milestone changes; support change order and delay analysis Validate schedule logic, sequencing, and durations against field progress Coordinate schedule interfaces between buildings sharing site logistics, utilities, and trade crews Attend GC project meetings and schedule review sessions Maintain schedule documentation in Procore and Microsoft Office Qualifications Construction experience — data center, semiconductor, mechanical/piping, electrical, or industrial preferred Understanding of critical path, WBS, sequencing, and schedule logic Able to read and interpret construction documents Strong computer skills; proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Clear written communication for narratives, reports, and client updates Primavera P6 experience preferred Project and Field Engineers P6 experience is not required. Project engineers, field engineers, and others with construction experience and strong computer skills are encouraged to apply. We will train the right candidate on P6 and CPM scheduling, working alongside experienced schedulers. Growth You will report directly to the project's lead scheduler and consulting principal, with clear visibility into how decisions get made. We have a strong pipeline beyond this project — schedulers who perform have a real path into senior and lead roles.
