We are currently seeking a Field Staff Supervisor to join our team. This position focuses on supporting field caregivers, coordinating compliance and scheduling, and assisting with pre-billing and insurance authorizations to ensure our clients continue receiving quality care. This is a full-time position , Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. Position Overview The Field Staff Supervisor plays an important role in supporting both our caregivers and office operations. This role involves working closely with field staff, reviewing documentation, and helping ensure compliance with agency and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Supervising and supporting field staff to ensure quality care and compliance Assisting with compliance coordination and documentation Managing scheduling challenges and ensuring proper coverage Handling pre-billing processes and reviewing timesheets for accuracy Coordinating insurance authorizations and approvals to maintain client services Providing additional administrative and clerical support as needed What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.
