Job Description

Immediate Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler temp to perm opportunity in Commack, NY.
Note:
Must have prior Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator experience in a healthcare setting (nursing facility, rehabilitation center, hospital or long-term care)
Pay Rate:
$30/hr
Available Work Schedules:
6:30am to 3:30pm (Monday to Friday) 8:30am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday) Flexible to work weekends as needed 40 hours per week Job Details The Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler is responsible for overseeing the scheduling and coordination of nursing staff within the long-term care facility This includes managing the staffing levels, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and addressing any scheduling issues that may arise The role involves effective communication with various departments to guarantee the appropriate allocation of resources and maintain a qualified and skilled workforce Manage staff callouts appropriately by following proper protocol Qualifications Must have prior Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator experience in a healthcare setting (nursing facility, rehabilitation center, or long-term care) Proficiency with Smartlinx preferred Should have excellent computer skills (MS word, excel, outlook etc.) Able to work well independently & as part of a team.
