Job Description

For someone who loves figuring things out, staying organized, and catching the details others might miss. This would be an excellent position for a young graduate with growth potential. We're looking for a smart, curious, highly organized person to work alongside our Director of Operations, support project management activities, and help organize the day-to-day details of our projects. This is a junior position with room to learn and grow. You don't need to come in knowing everything. We care more about how you think: Do you ask good questions? Notice when something is missing? Follow up when you need an answer? Enjoy figuring things out? What You'll Do
  • Keep track of active projects, schedules, drawings, materials, and open items.
  • Notice missing information or details and follow up with the right person to get answers.
  • Coordinate with our office, shop, field teams, and vendors.
  • Help purchase and track materials and supplies.
  • Learn to read drawings and understand what information is needed for a project.
  • Learn our processes and gradually take on more responsibility as you become comfortable with them.
What This Looks Like in Practice Getting a van ready for an installation: A week before a job, you'll help figure out everything the crew will need—equipment, materials, tools, screws, silicone, and other supplies. You'll check what we have, identify what's missing, coordinate purchases and vendor pickups, and help make sure everything is ready when the van is loaded.
Finding a missing answer:
Our team works quickly, and sometimes important information is still in someone's head. You'll notice when something is missing, figure out who has the answer, and follow up until you get the information the project needs. You Might Be a Great Fit If You… Are organized, detail-oriented, curious, persistent, and good at problem-solving. Maybe you've always liked math, puzzles, engineering, building things, or understanding how things work. Experience in construction, engineering, project management, drafting, or operations is helpful—but the right mindset and ability to learn matter more than your previous job title.
Possible backgrounds:
Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, Engineering Coordinator, Junior PM, Technical Coordinator—or someone early in their career looking for the opportunity to learn and grow.
