Job Description

Job Purpose:
The Ambulatory Operations Specialist provides administrative services for the Primary/Specialty Care division. The specialist will work with similarly situated individuals to establish the bedrock upon which Primary/Specialty Care rests and is expanded. The Specialist works with the team using the 5 pillars of physician practice management which are Patient-Centered Care, Operations Management, Financial Management, Human Resource Management, and Risk & Compliance Governance.
Education:
Possess a High School diploma. Employee is trained and prepared to care for the age-specific groups served on their assigned unit.
Preferred:
Possess a two year degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience:
Customer Service in any setting
Preferred:
Possess two or more years experience in private practice.
