Dental Scheduling Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable, organized, detail-orientated, dependable, and personable Dental Front Desk team member to be the face of our practice. We are seeking a Dental Scheduling Coordinator with expertise in treatment planning and productive scheduling . The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensure a seamless scheduling experience, and guide patients confidently through their treatment journey—including clear and efficient financial arrangements.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a dental scheduler and treatment coordinator Strong knowledge of Dentrix , dental insurance plans, and financial arrangements Excellent communication, organizational, and patient-education skills A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for providing outstanding patient care If you are ready to join a dynamic team that values excellence and collaboration, we want to hear from you!
