GO Project is based in NYC and all positions for GO Summer 2026 are in-person. Locations are in lower Manhattan and Brooklyn. Position Description The Campus Operations Coordinator will support the program operations for one of the GO Project campuses, which includes site supervision, managing student breakfast and lunch, and providing site operational leadership. Program Operations Serve as a campus operations leader on an interdisciplinary campus leadership team. This includes overseeing program implementation, opening the campus, welcoming families and ensuring that all direct service staff have the materials and resources needed to provide programs for children and families. Support and coordinate on-site program operations and logistics to ensure that your assigned campus is safe, organized, warm and welcoming. Responsible for developing, maintaining, and organizing program related materials/documents. Support with ensuring that assigned GO Campus is compliant with applicable health and safety procedures. Effectively communicate program related updates internally and externally as needed. Co-manage on-site Family Engagement Health Associate, Program Assistant and operations interns. Support with monitoring student participation and attendance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in education or related field with demonstrated experience managing youth programs in an out-of-school time or summer program setting. The successful candidate has at least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a youth development organization, summer day camp and/or elementary school. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills. Familiarity with special education services, strength-based languages, restorative justice framework, and child development, and cultural sensitivity. Enthusiasm to take a primary role in the daily operations and management of GO Project's summer program. Comfort utilizing technology including Outlook, Slack and SharePoint to manage projects and information. Experience with program compliance with the New York City Department of Health. Strong belief in GO Project's mission and vision. Fluency in Spanish and/or Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) is also a plus. Additional Requirements All staff pass a background check and provide a medical clearance form signed by a medical professional prior to training. Program Training and Instruction Dates The Campus Operations Coordinator schedule during GO Summer runs on Monday through Friday from 7:45 am - 1:30 pm and is in person.

July 1 and 2 from 9am to 4pm with additional remote dates throughout June to be announced.

July 6 through August 7
Compensation :
Salary range for this position is $32 per hour for 26 hours and 15 minutes per week over 5 weeks. (Up to $4648.) How to
