Full Time Rome Health is currently looking for Scheduler to join our medical center team. The potential employee will act as clerical staff to ensure scheduling and patient appointments are accurate.
Job Duties:
Adheres to the compliance plan, policies and procedures
Gives a quality level of service to patients
Answers, screens and routes all outside calls to appropriate areas
Will train to become fluent in paragon, patient registration and resource scheduling
Covers reception for check in and check out when necessary
Other duties as listed in the job description
The individual will need to have computer skills, math ability, a high school diploma GED. Medical terminology is a plus along with a BLS, de-escalation training and safe patient handling.
