What You'll Be Doing:

Schedule, track, and manage orders through final delivery, making timely adjustments as required. Monitor and replenish office supply inventory as needed. Act as the local point of contact for local manufacturing partners in Syracuse. Perform weekly fleet/vehicle inspections. Participate in bi-monthly facility check-ins with headquarters. Assist with local inventory and merchandise distribution needs. Proactively flagging and following through on delivery delays, inventory discrepancies, and pending credits, while keeping the sales team updated until everything is resolved Maintain and update daily inventory logs; issue daily inventory reports to inform team priorities for upcoming POs. Generate and distribute accounting reports to ensure alignment with HQ financial records. Process order credits and submit credit documentation for prompt approval. Provide ongoing operational support to the sales team to facilitate smooth workflow. Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and systems, with external partner, Nabis.

Who You Are:

Previous cannabis industry experience is a big plus. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities. Tech-savvy with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Nabis, CRM or sales tools. Self-starter who thrives independently and in a team. Excellent communicator with a can-do attitude.
