is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to oversee daily logistics, procurement, inventory management, and transportation activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient product movement, maintaining operational accuracy, and supporting collaboration between suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and internal departments. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality supply chain solutions. Responsibilities Coordinate daily supply chain operations, including procurement, transportation, inventory control, and order fulfillment Communicate with suppliers, carriers, warehouse personnel, and internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution Monitor shipment status, inventory availability, and delivery schedules to maintain service excellence Prepare and maintain purchase orders, shipping documentation, inventory reports, and operational records Support demand planning, forecasting, replenishment, and inventory optimization initiatives Analyze operational data to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities Assist with supplier relationship management and vendor performance monitoring Maintain accurate information within ERP systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) Coordinate cross-functional projects that improve logistics efficiency and operational performance Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and supply chain best practices Requirements Previous experience in supply chain management, logistics, procurement, transportation, warehouse operations, or inventory control preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or NetSuite Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and inventory management software Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other analytics platforms is a plus Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies
APICS/ASCM
