Job Description

Job Summary The Operations Coordinator is responsible for the daily oversight and coordination of university transit programming, including fixed-route services, paratransit services, and on-demand transportation options. This position provides leadership and supervision to intermittent and student transit operators while supporting campus outreach, promotion, and engagement efforts to increase awareness and utilization of transportation services. The Coordinator also assists with administrative coordination and reporting for transit programming and field-based operations. This includes providing support for after-hours services, special events, fleet services and vehicle detailing functions as needed to meet evolving operational demands.
Minimum Qualifications :
Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 or more years of related professional experience, or equivalent education and experience. Certain positions may require Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Must possess a valid Driver's License.

Transportation & Parking Services (TPS) is a 24-hour operation, 365 days a year. Position requires on-call status to respond to operational needs & service calls and work through the resolution of customer support inquiries as they arise.
Pay:
$43,888.00
  • $51,377.
00 per year
