Scheduler:

Coordinates and schedules direct care staff members. Ensures adequate staffing coverage for community, calls out and maintains shift coverage to community requirements. Oversees and monitors quality care is being performed to community residents by direct care staff. Responsible for maintaining relationship with resident families to ensure quality care is received. Tracks attendance of direct care staff. Offers in-service and training as needed to direct care staff. Approves bi-weekly timecard process for payroll. Additional administrative assignments as assigned. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: High School Education. Management position in related healthcare environment. Scheduling experience preferred.

Pay Range :
