We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps. The role. Run payroll and HR operations for a multi-shift industrial workforce: timekeeping, benefits administration, and records. What you'll do: Process payroll and shift-differential timekeeping Administer benefits enrollment and changes Maintain HRIS records and compliance files Support leave administration Answer employee pay and benefits questions What you'll bring: 3+ years payroll/HR operations experience Multi-shift or industrial timekeeping experience valued HRIS fluency and discretion Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Training provided — experience from industrial, manufacturing, military, or utility settings translates directly.
