Provides cross-functional operational support and assists with the administration of Registrar's Office information systems, databases, workflow applications, and document management systems. Supports system processing, troubleshooting, reporting, testing, and process improvement activities. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferably in business administration, information systems, higher education administration, public administration, organizational management, computer information systems, or a related field. Related work experience may be substituted for education requirement. One (1) year of related work experience can be substituted for one (1) year of education. For example, a candidate with a high school diploma, GED or state recognized equivalent and four (4) years of related work experience can be eligible to apply. Progressively responsible experience in administrative, operational, or systems-related functions, including experience coordinating business processes, managing workflows, supporting information systems or databases, resolving operational issues, or maintaining accurate records and data. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree, preferably in higher education, business administration, communication, information systems, or a related field. Experience with Registrar's Office or comparable administrative processing functions such as records maintenance, class scheduling, graduation processing, and degree audit, curriculum management, or catalog maintenance. Experience with student administration systems, enterprise resource planning systems, or comparable business applications. Experience troubleshooting operations, system, workflow, or data-related issues. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Knowledge of administrative and operational processes, including workflow coordination, task management, process controls, and service delivery. Knowledge of business systems, databases, workflow applications, and document management systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and decision-making abilities. Excellent organizational and analytical skills with a high-level ability to pay attention to details. Ability to effectively engage with team members when issues arise to ensure appropriate communication and develop effective resolution plans. Ability to learn and apply complex administrative processes, policies, procedures, and information systems. Ability to learn curriculum management and catalog systems. Ability to provide strong customer service orientation. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint and web-based systems. Requisition Number
