What You'll Do:

You will provide clerical and administrative assistance to our airport operations team, playing a key role behind the scenes to support our customer experience and daily operations. This includes running and compiling reports, processing invoices and other expenses, ordering supplies and managing vendor accounts, working closely with internal and external partners, and assisting with special projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

Valid Driver's License. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed in a fast-paced, service-focused environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, Word). Willingness to work near a mechanical shop with moderate noise. Flexibility to work all shifts. Must be able to continuously sit, talk, hear/listen and type. Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States. This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.
