Eden Vista Stow, a proud member of Vista Senior Living Management, is currently seeking a Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler to oversee scheduling, staffing operations, and ensure adequate staffing coverage to support quality resident care.
Position:
Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler Responsibilities:
Oversee all staffing needs and operations of the company Liaise with recruiting agencies to fill vacancies in a timely manner Covering call offs with other staff or agency when applicable. Develop work schedules by allocating employees in shifts and positions Collaborate with payroll to ensure correct employee compensation Prepare and submit reports on staffing operations Utilizing computer software to prepare, change, and update the master schedule Fulfills staffing vacancies in advance to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts Amenable to cover weekends and holidays On Call Responsibilities Answering phone Greeting and assisting visitors. Skills:
Preferred:
At least 1 year of proven experience in scheduling or as a staffing coordinator Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures, and best practices Outstanding organizational and leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Reliable with respect to confidentiality OnShift experience is a plus
