The Scheduling Coordinator utilizes outbound contact methods to recent customers to schedule a technician for in-home measurements within manufacturing specifications following Window Nation recommended guidelines. The Scheduling Coordinator will use routing software to determine efficient routing for the technicians to maximize productivity while exceeding customer expectations. Core Role Responsibilities Customer contact via outbound phone calls and/or texting customers with software to schedule measure appointments Receives inbound phone calls for scheduling follow ups and acts as go-between for customers when they request information related to their order Overcomes customer objections and works to get measure scheduled on next day available Scheduling of measure completed in CRM software with relevant notes for technician Manages unscheduled customers following defined escalation protocols Works daily to ensure technician calendar meets Window Nation standards for targeted measures per day with minimal drive time Utilizes mapping software to generate efficient route for technician while balancing drive time and customer specific requests Handles customer requests for reschedules Works closely with assigned technicians and branch associates maintaining positive working relationship Basic Qualifications High school Diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in a customer support role (in person or on phone) Preferred Qualifications 1+ years' experience working in an office setting with proven collaborative work style Experienced using CRM system Strong verbal and written communication skills Customer-centric mind set Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word & Excel) Familiarity with working with maps/scheduling is a plus Demonstrated success in deadline-driven and high-pressure environment #LI-NB1 Window Nation cultivates a culture of inclusion that respects our employees' individual strengths, views, and experiences.
