As a scheduling specialist you will: Schedule direct care staff and fill open shifts Monitor direct care staff paid benefit time, input payroll for processing, and maintain accurate attendance records for direct care staff Carry on call phone and book, fills in as a supervisor or direct care staff as needed.

Requirements:
