Medical , Dental Insurance and 401k (Must be full-time) Paid Drive Time/Company Vehicle Overview The Field Operations Support Associate provides hands-on operational support to ensure consistent, high‑quality janitorial services across multiple client locations. Working closely with the Field Operations Managers and Coordinators, this role is responsible for cleaning across multiple accounts as well as post cleaning quality inspections. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail‑oriented, and capable of leading by example in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Operations & Quality Assurance Perform nightly custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom cleaning, disinfecting, and stocking supplies. Conduct end of shift quality inspections to ensure cleaning standards and client expectations are met. Deliver supplies to accounts and help maintain accurate inventory levels. Support daily operational needs, including coverage, task completion, and issue resolution. Training & Employee Support Train new employees on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and company standards. Promote a positive, team‑oriented work environment rooted in accountability and professionalism. Client Service Support the Field Operations Manager and Field Operations Coordinator in addressing client needs and concerns. Maintain a professional presence at client sites and ensure service quality aligns with expectations. Qualifications & Attributes Minimum 1 year of custodial experience. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation. Ability to work evenings, nights, and occasional weekends. Strong communication, time‑management, and organizational skills. Detail‑oriented, dependable, and capable of multitasking. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Background check required
Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
