Join a mission-driven home care agency with nearly 30 years of trusted service in Northeast Ohio. We are seeking an organized, dependable Administrative Assistant - Scheduling to support our growing office team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating people, solving problems, and making a difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily caregiver schedules and fill open shifts efficiently Communicate clearly with caregivers, clients, and office staff regarding assignments Answer phones, greet visitors, and support general office operations Maintain accurate documentation for timesheets, client records, and schedules Support payroll and billing processes by verifying shift records Assist with caregiver onboarding, orientation scheduling, and compliance tracking
What We're Looking For:
Associate's degree a plus 1+ year of office, scheduling, or healthcare support experience Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and time management Comfort using Microsoft Office and scheduling software Professional, courteous, and team-oriented attitude
