This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch technicians for plumbing jobs in a timely and efficient manner Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and updates Coordinate job details, materials, and timing with field technicians Update scheduling software and maintain accurate job records Manage incoming calls on a multi line phone, answer emails, and work orders Assist with other administrative duties as needed including but not limited to, taking payments over the phone, filtering calls to their correct departments. Skills Previous experience in scheduling, dispatching, or administrative coordination (plumbing or trades industry is a plus) Strong computer and technology skills (experience with scheduling software is a plus) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently in a busy office environment Positive attitude and commitment to great customer service Being a self starter to keep motivated during business hours Attention to detail Multi phone lines
