Job Description

We are looking for a competent Administrative Assistant/Scheduler to help with the organization daily operations. The ideal candidate will be a dependable, reliable, hard-working, and self motivating professional who is able to undertake a variety of office support tasks, function in a multitasking environment, and is able to work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. We are looking for someone who has a background of Home Health Care environment with CNA or STNA background. Responsibilities
  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
  • Professional delicacy/etiquette phone answering, texting, and emailing
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Assign client and caregiver shift
  • Set up meetings and assessment/in-take
  • Compliance with established policies
  • Recruit direct care staff and marketing company service
  • Perform office duties
  • Able to perform client care if in a pinch. Skills
  • Two years of experience in an office setting, preferably in private duty homecare, healthcare or senior/elderly care
  • Some college degree preferred
  • Proven experience as a back-office assistance, office assistant, and scheduling
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Experience with handling multiple phone calls
  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Business Etiquettes)
