We're looking for a Customer & Operations Coordinator to help build an exceptional customer experience from day one. As one of our first team members, you'll play a key role in bringing our vision to life. You'll educate customers about our services, answer questions, schedule and dispatch craftsmen, coordinate materials, and ensure every project delivers exceptional customer experiences. This is consultative sales, not high-pressure selling. Your primary responsibility is to understand each customer's needs, recommend the right solutions, and build lasting relationships through honesty, trust, and outstanding service. Apply today! What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) Facilitate calls to educate our customers on the types of services & solutions we provide and our service model
- Listen with curiosity, ask questions, nurture relationships, and build trust Respond to leads, emails and calls in a swift and timely manner Utilize dispatching and schedule management software to plan customer jobs across the team of Craftsmen, managing complex calendars and scheduling needs, ensuring alignment and prioritization Conduct material ordering for multiple Craftsmen and projects, maintaining inventory controls Assist in solving operational logistics, including re-scheduling, to ensure a smooth customer journey Manage the follow-up with current customers, warranty reminders, and initiate customer appreciation efforts Lead high-impact in-office projects to support the expansion of the territory Take initiative to identify and prioritize opportunities and support an action-oriented environment Serve as a trusted partner, providing customer insights and recommendations that drive growth and increase the impact of the organization Promote the business vision and help drive operational excellence and customer experience Coordinate and support key meetings, providing operational support Maintain referral partners information Handle budget-related administrative tasks and perform paperwork and filing duties Support the management and upkeep of the physical office space, including supplies, shared tools, and an organized, welcoming environment Career Path Potential A candidate in this role has the potential to grow with the organization and take on new responsibilities.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills; ability to create and follow structured processes to maintain effective results What We're Looking For Education High school diploma or GED required Professional Experience Construction experience is not required 3-5 years of experience in customer service, sales, scheduling, administrative support, office coordination, or a similar customer-facing role Experience delivering exceptional customer service with a strong customer-first mindset Inbound phone sales or call center experience is preferred Communication & Interpersonal Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and develop positive relationships with customers, team members, and business partners Strong active listening skills with the ability to ask thoughtful questions, understand customer needs, and provide effective solutions Professional, empathetic, and confident communication style that reflects the company's values Organization & Time Management Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Experience balancing urgent customer needs with longer-term projects in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with changing priorities, evolving processes, and occasional ambiguity Technical Skills Comfortable learning new technology, software, and business processes quickly Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams) Strong typing and computer skills; ten-key experience is a plus Experience with QuickBooks Online or other basic accounting software is preferred Experience with ServiceTitan is a significant advantage Work Schedule Available to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.
