We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Accounting & Property Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, in-office position that combines accounting and financial responsibilities with day-to-day property management and office operations. The financial side of the position includes processing transactions, maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing owner reporting, and supporting daily financial operations. Property Operations responsibilities include collecting rent payments, answering phones, assisting walk-in tenants and visitors, and providing general administrative support. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers and financial information but is also comfortable interacting with people and helping wherever needed. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, professional, and able to transition between focused accounting work and the daily needs of a busy property management office. Job Details Full-time, in-office position located in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications. Employee health insurance offered after six months of employment. Responsibilities are divided between financial operations and day-to-day property management and office support. Financial & Accounting Responsibilities Process and accurately code vendor invoices. Record and reconcile tenant rent payments and other financial transactions. Prepare and issue vendor checks while maintaining accurate payment records. Maintain accurate financial records across multiple accounting and property management software platforms. Prepare and organize financial information for monthly property owner reporting. Review financial information for accuracy and identify discrepancies before processing. Assist with month-end accounting tasks and financial record maintenance. Organize and maintain digital and physical financial documentation. Assist with other accounting and financial projects as needed. Property Management & Office Operations Collect and accurately process rent and other payments received in the office. Answer incoming phone calls and assist with routine tenant, client, vendor, and prospective tenant inquiries. Greet and assist walk-in tenants, prospective tenants, vendors, and other visitors. Assist tenants with general account, payment, and property-related questions. Receive maintenance requests and route them to the appropriate team member. Accept and organize keys, documents, payments, and other items delivered to the office. Assist with general clerical duties, including filing, scanning, data entry, and document organization. Provide administrative and operational support to the property management team as needed. Maintain a professional, helpful, and welcoming office environment. Assist with additional property management and office responsibilities as needed. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Comfortable working with numbers and financial data. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and transition between financial and operational tasks throughout the day. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional and courteous when interacting with tenants, property owners, vendors, and the public. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Ability to learn and work across multiple accounting and property management software systems. Currently pursuing or has completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred. $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
