As a Patient Services Representative (PSR), you are often the first point of contact a patient has with us. Your professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail help remove barriers to care and ensure patients feel welcomed, respected, and supported from the moment they call or walk through our doors. If you believe healthcare should be human, community-centered, and mission-driven, this role is for you. Why This Role Matters You are more than a scheduler. We offer:
Predictable clinic-based scheduling Generous paid time off Supportive team culture Opportunities for professional growth A stable, mission-driven workplace Leadership that values teamwork and respect While this role is fully on-site and may include occasional evenings or weekends, we strive to create sustainable schedules that allow you to recharge and thrive — not burn out. The Environment This is an active, hands-on role in a busy clinic setting. You will use computers, phone systems, scanners, and other office equipment daily. You will be on your feet at times, interacting with patients from diverse backgrounds — including, occasionally, managing difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
