Job Description

Lane County Glass Inc, is looking to hire a full time customer service representative/scheduler to our team. Since you will be representing our company in an important role, good communication and customer service skills are a necessity. This position is one of the first interactions customers will have with our business so high energy and a positive attitude are a must.
Qualifications/Skills include:
Customer service experience is a plus Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient with computers and software applications. A good work ethic and professional appearance Solution orientated thought process. Ability to follow directions and pay close attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and independently with some direction. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associates degree a plus General responsibilities include. Maintain communication with managers, and installers Great customer service to customers in person and via telephone Answer requests from clients and vendors Collect payments from customers when needed Provide customer service via telephone or walk-ins Discuss billing adjustments with clients and vendors Check for billing data accuracy and fix any errors as needed Maintains day-to-day communication with the Operations director Generate work orders and gather details about surveys and customer needs
