Are you an experienced caregiver who understands the challenges of home care AND has experience scheduling caregivers? We are an established in-home care agency in the Salem area looking for an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to join our fun, hardworking office team. Our office can move FAST! We are looking for someone who can stay organized, think ahead, communicate well, and keep a positive attitude when the schedule changes—which in home care, it will! What You'll Do Coordinate schedules for a large team of caregivers Match caregivers with clients based on needs and availability Fill open shifts and maximize available caregiver hours Manage call-outs and last-minute schedule changes Communicate professionally with caregivers, clients, and office staff Help keep caregiver morale high and staff feeling supported Work closely with the entire office team to solve scheduling challenges Maintain accurate and organized scheduling information What We're Looking For

REQUIRED

Previous caregiving experience Previous scheduling experience We are looking for someone who is also: Organized and able to multitask Comfortable working in a fast-paced office Confident communicating by phone, text, and email Dependable and team-focused Positive under pressure A strong problem solver Compassionate toward both clients and caregivers Someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit team We Care About Our People We believe taking great care of our clients starts with taking great care of our staff. Pay:

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
