Responsibilities :

Manages caregivers and places them on personal care assignments. Consults with clients to provide appropriate staffing solutions. Recruits, interviews, and orients reliable and compassionate caregivers. Manages required paperwork and records and prepares documentation when needed. Identifies and resolves client and employee issues. Cheerfully and professionally answers inbound phone calls. Participates in night and weekend on-call rotation.

On-Call Compensation & Schedule:

_ Additional $600 per week for on-call phone coverage _ _ Weekend on-call hours: Saturdays and Sundays, 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

_ _ Weekday on-call hours:

4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., emergencies only _ Qualifications Must have previous experience scheduling for in home care/caregiving. Compassion for the elderly An analytical mind for scheduling Take-charge personality Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
