This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, researching information, solving problems, and providing administrative support across multiple departments. The Operations Assistant will help compile reports, manage communications, coordinate projects, and ensure operational processes run smoothly. Responsibilities Pull and compile reports from various systems and databases. Research topics, vendors, regulations, products, and industry trends as requested. Gather, organize, and summarize information for management review. Monitor and respond to emails, ensuring timely and professional communication. Assist with phone calls, customer service inquiries, and vendor outreach. Maintain and update spreadsheets and databases. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials. Monitor shared inboxes and route requests to the appropriate team members. Help develop and improve operational workflows and efficiencies. Perform data entry and maintain organized digital records. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned. Help track vendor contracts, renewals, and service agreements. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 1-3 years of administrative, operations, customer service, or office support experience preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams. Ability to research information and present findings clearly. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Skills Experience creating and maintaining reports. Experience working with CRM, ERP, or business management software. Knowledge of data analysis and spreadsheet functions. Strong customer service and professional communication skills.
