Established Medicaid certified homecare company has an immediate opening for a homecare case manager/scheduler with at least two years homecare experience. Duties include managing client schedules, overseeing the work of caregivers, covering and assigning caregiver open shifts, supervising caregiver performance and working with other staff to ensure that client needs are met. Must be organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Good judgement is essential. Reliable transportation necessary.
