Join a Growing Manufacturing Team as a Production Scheduler Are you a highly organized planner who thrives on solving complex challenges, balancing priorities, and keeping operations running smoothly? We're seeking a Production Scheduler who will play a critical role in aligning customer demand, production capacity, materials, and resources to ensure products are delivered on time and at the highest standards of quality. In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams, leverage advanced ERP/MRP systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact operational success. What You'll Do As our Production Scheduler, you will: Develop, maintain, and optimize production schedules to meet customer demand, inventory objectives, and operational goals. Collaborate closely with Sales, Procurement, Operations, and other stakeholders to balance production capacity with customer requirements. Analyze production performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve scheduling challenges before they impact delivery commitments. Partner with production leadership to ensure schedule adherence and quickly address changes in priorities or unexpected disruptions. Utilize ERP and MRP systems to manage production schedules, material requirements, and inventory levels. Implement forecasting tools and processes to improve planning accuracy and support business growth. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying lean manufacturing principles to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and shorten lead times. Communicate schedule updates and changes clearly across departments to ensure alignment and transparency. Support strategic planning efforts through data-driven recommendations and operational insights. Perform other duties as needed to support business objectives.
