Job Description
Job Purpose:
To provide quality and timely support for the scheduling functions of all warehouse personnel as well as providing clerical and administrative support for all assigned activities, including compilation, sorting, interpretation, and verification of data.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee schedules, such as adding new employees, removing separated employees, transferring employees to other departments and shifts, and changing employees' hourly schedules.
- Employee productivity report.
- Maintain hire and termination reports.
- Monitor agency and WCDI employee attendance, such as tardiness, absences, leave early, and vacation.
- Provide general administrative support, such as preparing forms and reports, as needed for the HR and Accounting departments.
- Respond to various inquiries from managers and employees, as well as from other agencies or departments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a self-initiator who can complete an assigned task with little or no supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent data entry skills.
Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent and relevant certifications and/or experience.
