Job Description

Job Summary:
The Fire Licensing & Scheduling Associate will support the fire life safety division by managing company and individual licensure applications, changes & renewals. This role will also assist with scheduling business services for multiple fire life safety customers and supporting a variety of administrative projects for the company.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for researching and executing applications, changes and renewals for company and individual licenses required to perform work in the fire life safety industry. Assist with scheduling business services for multiple fire life safety customers. Responds to general inquiries from management, employees, customers both inside and outside of the company. Interface with vendors and various internal teams. Assist with special projects and research as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. 2+ years experience with demonstrated success at executing administrative practices at a high level. Self-starter who is dependable and looking to grow their skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions, complete work accurately and timely. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multi-task and effectively manage your day by working independently and as a team. Strong working knowledge of office equipment & systems like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn new technology quickly. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, talking on the phone, attending virtual online meetings, and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
