Job Description

External Operations Fall Associate Summary of Position:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support daily warehouse operations. This role focuses on inventory management and maintaining efficient organizational systems to ensure accuracy and smooth functionality.
Qualities:
Candidates must be punctual, communicative, and proactive learners. We seek self-motivated critical thinkers capable of independent problem-solving. Sports knowledge is advantageous but optional.
Primary Responsibilities:
Organize, pack, and unpack equipment Maintain storage to meet operational needs Test inventory for compatibility Optimize packing and unpacking procedures Manage pre-event and post-event tasks Demonstrate organization and detail-orientation Prioritize and manage multiple tasks Lift and move materials as required
Supervisory Responsibilities:
As required, this position is responsible for the supervision of video equipment
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:
Warehouse hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates must work at least four days per week and be available for most weekends from Oct 5, 2026 through Dec 31, 2026. Hiring is subject to a successful background check.
Travel:
The role involves travel, primarily during event seasons, which will include destinations outside the local area. A valid driver's license is required, and candidates must be comfortable with long-distance travel.
