Field Operations Specialist -

Wireless, Fiber & Low Voltage Location:

Dillsburg PA The MNM Group is seeking an experienced, self-motivated field professional to support wireless, telecommunications, fiber, and low-voltage infrastructure projects throughout PA and the surrounding region. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both the wireless/tower industry and commercial communications cabling/fiber , with the ability to work independently, troubleshoot field conditions, and serve as an experienced technical resource for installation crews and customers. Key Responsibilities Install, troubleshoot, and support wireless and telecommunications infrastructure Perform structured cabling, fiber optic, and low-voltage installations Support wireless, DAS, small-cell, rooftop, tower, and related field projects Test, terminate, label, and troubleshoot copper and fiber cabling Perform site surveys and assist with project planning and field coordination Identify field issues and recommend practical solutions Maintain professional communication with customers, project managers, and field teams Travel throughout North Carolina and surrounding markets as required Preferred Experience 5+ years of hands-on telecommunications or wireless field experience Experience with wireless carriers, tower companies, OEMs, utilities, or telecom contractors Strong background in structured cabling and fiber optics Experience with RF, DAS, small cells, antennas, or wireless infrastructure is strongly preferred Ability to read construction drawings, scopes of work, and installation documentation Fiber termination, testing, OTDR, PIM, sweep testing, or similar technical experience is a plus OSHA, BICSI, tower climbing, lift, RF safety, or fiber certifications are a plus Candidate Requirements Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Professional appearance and communication skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening Willingness to travel and work flexible schedules when projects require it Ability to safely lift equipment and work in commercial, rooftop, outdoor, and telecommunications environments This is an opportunity for an experienced field professional looking for a long-term role with exposure to a broad range of telecommunications, wireless, fiber, and low-voltage projects.

Pay:

$28.00 - $35.00 per hour
