Description Ebensburg lcoation. Perform the scheduling function in an accurate, safe manner, providing effective customer service and complete the clerical duties for CamTran+ (Rural Division). Monitors and reacts to Ecolane Scheduling. Uses computer to enter/retrieve customer information, check status, make adjustments.
Assist in money room procedures when needed.
Assist Bus Operators with Tablet when needed.
Assist with special promotions and events, as needed.
Contributes to team effort by performing all other duties as needed.
Perform all other duties as assigned A minimum of a high school education and at least three (3) years' experience in either transportation operations and/or customer service. Experience using a computer and applications is required. This is a safety sensitive position subject to US DOT Drug and Alcohol pre-employment, random, post-accident and reasonable suspicion testing, as governed by FTA regulations and Authority policy.
Must complete Supervisor Training in Reasonable Suspicion (49 CFR Parts 653 & 654)
