Job Description

Overview Responsible for helping resolve customer complaints. Handle email complaints from customers daily. Update vendor complaint report by inserting the correct vendor code and verifying all other information, calling Stores if necessary for more information. Non-lumber complaints are released or put on hold as necessary. Non-Lumber complaints are resolved by working with stores, customers and vendors. Mail vendor complaint letter and hat pin letters to salesmen. Enter data into Excel spreadsheet. Filing and faxing information to various stores, customers, vendors, etc . Responsibilities Handles the telephone (80% of this time is resolving customer complaints) Releases and helps resolve store to vendor complaints. Handles email. Conducts faxes as needed Filing as needed. Entering information on Excel spreadsheet. Hat pin letters Qualifications Database Software Internet Software Word Processing Ability to read and comprehend documents (i.e. policy and procedure manuals); write routine reports and correspondence; speak/present in front of a small group. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form; deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Qualifications:
Database Software Internet Software Word Processing Ability to read and comprehend documents (i.e. policy and procedure manuals); write routine reports and correspondence; speak/present in front of a small group. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form; deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
