Job Requirements Four Seasons Family of Companies is currently looking for a Operations Coordinator in our welcome center to play a critical role in coordinating warehouse efforts and help distribute the freshest produce to organic markets, food co-ops and independent retailer. Your job responsibilities will be to ensure that our operational shifts go smoothly with effective and timely communications with our warehouse managers and leads. THE BASICS

Schedule:

5pm to 5 AM - Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday

Location:

Ephrata, PA

WHAT YOU DO

• Accurately and efficiently coordinate work assignments for both inbound and outbound operations
• Provide customer service support to outside carriers/inbound drivers
• Provide timely communication to operations, transportation, quality, sales and buying for receiving and shipping updates and inquiries
• Assist operations, planners and warehouse leads as needed

WHAT YOU BRING

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of warehouse operations experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong technology skills, Microsoft Office, well known WMS (Blue Yonder, and Manhattan, etc.)
• Detail oriented with the ability to plan, prioritize and make sound decisions
