Fixed Operations Assistant Role Summary As a Fixed Operations Assistant, you will be a core engine of our dealership's Service and Parts departments. You'll keep our daily workflows running smoothly by coordinating operations, assisting with lot management, making parts runs, and ensuring our customers receive top-tier service. Assist daily operations across both the Service and Parts departments to maximize overall efficiency and throughput.
Customer Transport & Service:
Provide direct customer support by managing customer pick-ups and drop-offs, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Lot & Vehicle Management:
Organize dealership lots, park incoming service vehicles, and conduct post-repair quality checks through test drives to verify work quality.
Parts Logistics:
Handle local parts pick-ups and deliveries, assist with checking in stock orders, organize inventory, and run parts directly to technicians on the shop floor.
Operational Flexibility:
Collaborate closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts Specialists, and Management to resolve daily operational bottlenecks and take on extra support tasks as needed. Qualifications Minimum Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent. Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Pay to be determined based on experience.
